Refund/Return Policy
Refunds can be issued within 21 days of items being returned in good condition. Once, you receive your dress/dresses, you would have 24 hours to notified us that you would be keeping the dress/dresses, otherwise consider it sold and you would not be able to qualify for any refund or exchange. Once the 24 hours has elapsed, you would have up to 7 days to return the item. You also get a refund fully if your dress did not arrive on time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control, this is very rare but human errors can occur. (It is very important to let us know your wear date, as we work with time). You would be refunded in the same method that you paid ie refunded back to your credit card etc.
It is very rare for dresses to be returned, but in case you decide to return them, you can either get a full refund, a store credit or exchange for sizing or colour, whichever you prefer. If you decide to return, it would be at your own expense and please use a trackable courier company.
Returned items would be dealt with instantly and your store credit would be available immediately to use at any time, it does not expire and you can pass it to another person of your choice.
We guarantee authenticity and quality so returns would not be necessary. It would be important that you ensure that the dress is in its original condition i.e no smell of perfume, no sequins missing, no smell of smoke, no wrinkles, and returned in its original packaging etc.
Acceptance of your purchase would take place when the goods are dispatched. We have a right to refuse or accept a purchase.
Availability of dress:
Some of the dresses are not always available for pre-order especially when they are out of season, so please inquire with us. Designers have right to stop production of some dresses due to lack of fabric or simply to introduce new line etc. So in season, it is advisable to grab the dress of your choice before production stops. 80% of out of season dresses can be re-produced.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards online including American Express, the website is fully secured but if you are not comfortable to order online, you can ring us with your card details or we can send you a payment link which would enable you order at your own comfort. You can also do bank transfer or send us a cheque, but we can only process the order once the cheque is cleared and the transfer fully cleared into our bank account. Payment by Western Union or World Remit is acceptable. You can pay by cash too.
Next Day DeliveryClick to see dresses that are available for next day delivery. Majority of the dresses arrive within 10 days. As season arrive we try to upload them for you to choose from.
Indecision: If in case you love 2 or more dresses, and not sure which one to order, you could order any number of dresses at a time, and you would have 14 day return policy for full refund on the dresses you returned (this is an exception for customers who ordered 2 or more dresses, on the terms that they keep at least one of the dresses). For the Autumn/Winter, Spring/Summer season, the website would be updated with new collection, so you will always be spoilt for choice.
We would like to know the wear date in order to ensure you receive your dress well on time, as delays may occur.
SIZING:
If you can, prior to ordering or after ordering, try measuring yourself, around your bust wearing your normal bra, your waist around the navel or bellybutton, and your hips the fullest part of the hips, call or email us with these details, this will help us get your correct size.
VISITING:
We do not have a shop, all inventory are online. If you are not happy with your initial order, you will have the opportunity to take an alternative item as replacement for a store credit or full refund.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your information is never given out to a 3rd party, except for delivery purposes (shipping address and telephone numbers are required for delivery purposes). Email addresses and personal information i.e address and telephone number are solely for our use only to contact you or update you about goods and services.
Periodically we send out emails to update you on latest or discontinued products – we use the information supplied by you voluntarily via email or other direct contact with you and only use it for our own purpose. We do not rent, sell or share your information.
Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel an order after the order has been placed you must do so within 24hours. You are required to send an email or ring us stating that you wish to cancel your order. After 24hours all orders are sent to the processing warehouse and cannot be cancelled. If a delivery is refused by the customer a 35% restocking fee will be taken from your refund for refused packages.
Availability of Goods/Placing Orders:
Some items on the website are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that a dress would be in stock when your order is placed. The time frame is clearly indicated on every dress page on the website, if by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order you would be notified by email immediately and you would have the opportunity to have a special order. If you just want to check if the item is available without actually purchasing, we ask that you send us an email to enquiries@stunningafricandresses.com or Mobile: 07957 770014. Alternatively, go ahead and place your order for the dress you want, if it is not available, we will notify you when the dress will be available, if you decide to accept the new delivery date, we will then go ahead and place the order for you. If we are not able to supply you with the dress or you do not wish to accept the new date, you would get a store credit for another item of your choice within the same price range.
Alterations:
All garments will have an ease in the bust, waist and hip measurements. All measurements represent body measurements, not the finished garment. Some dresses come with a matching shawl.
International Shipping:
We ship world wide. If you cannot pay by credit/debit card, you can send us a bank transfer or pay via Western Union or World Remit (international money transfer) Email us with your requirements. Or we can send you a payment link to enable you order and pay with credit/debit card. After an order is placed on our website for an international customer, shipping is calculated later as we do not know exactly how much it will cost, until we weigh the item. We will then email you with the shipping charges and then charge your card or send you link for the payment of the charges. Shipping to each country varies, and you may incur duty/custom charges, we do not have power over this.

We do have special pricing for our USA customers, email us with your requirements.
Catalogues:
We do not have a printed catalogue, to send out to customers. All products are visible on the website.
Website:
The website is always being updated, as new season arrives. Last season stocks would be removed to make room for new season stock. Some old stock may still be available to order, just ask. Please grab it quickly when you can as these dresses do get sold out or production stops completely meaning we can’t get the dress any longer!

We only use the most current and up to date security encrypted software to ensure our customers privacy. The system is fully secured.
Shipping:
Your item is dispatched within UK or Worldwide using courier service such as, DHL, FedEx, and Parcel force or Royal mail whichever is appropriate, and the system is fully track able online.
Processing of Order:
Orders that are ready are dispatched the same day, otherwise it generally takes from 3days up to 45days for some dresses. You can always inquire on the status of your order.
