📍 Hybrid – In Office 3 Days/Week - Must live in the Atlanta area

In this high-impact role, you'll support the Category Manager in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned product categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will help shape the future of the automotive aftermarket.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Category Manager in growing and managing a specific category or group of categories, ensuring a strong balance of financial, operational, and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the supplier base to ensure adherence to all promotional and operational expectations.
  • Administer all supplier income , ensuring timely and accurate billing and reporting.
  • Manage the set-up of all new product lines and suppliers , making sure all information is accurately captured and aligned with key process milestones.
  • Facilitate the promotions process across all publications and channels, ensuring timelines and key milestones are met.
  • Serve as a point of contact and work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring questions and requests related to the categories are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational aspects of category management

🧠 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in category management, sales, marketing, inventory/program management, data analysis--ideally in a multi-site distribution or retail business
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly driven, eager to grow in a career within Category Management.
  • Willingness to travel - 10%-20%.

This is a hybrid role , requiring in-office presence 3 days per week at our Atlanta headquarters near The Battery .
