Job Description

H&K Group, Inc. is looking for full time Building Maintenance/Cleaning Personnel to clean and maintain various buildings located on site at 2052 Lucon Rd. Skippack, PA as well as maintain necessary supplies in assigned locations throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is detailed, organized, and has the ability to work autonomously. * This shift is from 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday through Friday*

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policiesEstablish and maintain a cleanliness standard throughout all assigned locations/buildings There are several buildings located on site that require maintenance and cleaning
  • Establish communication with building/maintenance manager to ensure all locations are cleaned properly
  • Clean and maintain the following areas within assigned buildings: Restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, floors (including stairs and hallways), windows, office areas, foyers, boardroomsCleaning duties include (but are not limited to): Trash, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mapping, sweeping
  • All supplies and materials furnished by H&K Group, Inc. Ensure needed supplies and materials are communicated to the building/maintenance manager for needed availability
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

 

High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one to three months of related experience and/or trainingA combination of education and experience will be consideredProficient in Microsoft Office for email communication purposes Demonstrated written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated business acumen and analytical skillsDemonstrated customer service and teamwork skillsAbility to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as neededAbility to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job) 

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

Two years of relevant cleaning/maintenance experienceReferences available upon request
