🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering and implementing customer requirements for our business applications and solutions. This position involves working closely with customers, offshore teams, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of our products

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team
  • Work closely with offshore teams and developers to implement customer requirements effectively
  • Ensure all customer requirements are captured, implemented, and delivered completely and correctly
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal development teams
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and requirements gathering

✅ Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
  • Proven track record of successfully gathering and implementing customer requirements
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, including interviews, workshops, and documentation
  • Experience working with offshore development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: finance, healthcare, insurance, energy, or oil and gas
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts
  • Familiarity with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and process modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with process design and UI modeling tools to better capture requirements.
