As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Barry Hancock - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Do you excel in customer service and office management? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional client experiences

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team
• Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring high-quality support
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency policies
• Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.

Qualifications

• Prior management and customer service experience is preferred.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
