Director of Operations and Client Services (Wealth Management)

Delta Dallas is collaborating with a boutique RIA wealth management firm located in Uptown Dallas and seeking a highly motivated Director of Operations to join their dynamic team.

You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to their

esteemed Ultra High-Net worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm with full oversight of a client services team ~ hiring, training, managing performance, etc.
• Direct all communication with the custodians including Pershing and Charles Schwab.
• Full oversight of all money movement activity; trade execution and alternative investment activity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare necessary materials for comprehensive client reviews.

• Assist with client onboarding processes and perform routine account maintenance tasks.
• Process client requests, which include handling deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Collaborate closely with our investment team to deliver pertinent information about portfolios and investment strategies to clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our clients' experience and streamline operational processes.
• Maintain precise client records and ensure accurate data management within the CRM systems.
• Adhere to strict compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide support to other team members when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related degree
• 7+ years’ experience in wealth management for either a RIA or Broker Dealer
• At least 3+ years’ experience managing a team
• Experience with the Pershing platform, NetX360
• Familiarization with complex entity structures (trusts, partnerships, corporations, etc.)
• Experience working with alternative investments and the subscription process
• Close attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
