General Manager – Upscale Restaurant

$90,000 - $105,000 + 20% Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager manages all the operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee P&L management, food & labor costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, food quality, managing the floor, maintenance, health & safety, payroll and admin
• Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality
• Other duties as dictated by Senior Management to run smooth operations

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a General Manager with a $4M+ upscale, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills
• Passionate about restaurants and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Local candidates only. No relocations
