About the Role

Pay range and compensation package

Starting at $25–$30 per hour, plus 5 performance-based bonus programs.

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services in residential homes with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we offer a Certified comprehensive training program.
• Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Physical stamina and motivation to stay active throughout your workday.
