Act as incident coordinator.
Contribute to building effective and efficient Incident Management process.
Manage communication with stakeholders including many perspective including:
internal to area/train communication
communication with source systems on fixing quality of data
communication with systems consuming data
Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure quick restoration and operational stability, including internal DevOps, Operation team members, internal & external stakeholders.
Ensure that incidents are correctly prioritized by Product Managers and Product Owners, by pre-assessing their impact, urgency and severity,
Secure correct and transparent incident and problem reporting,
Drive and coordinate the activities aiming at efficient problem resolution, both through mitigating action and cross-functional root cause analysis,
Drive Incidents and problem tasks-forces, when needed.
Follow-up on related problems to secure permanent fixes, i.e. by driving and facilitating forum for cross-unit maintenance,
Extensive experience in driving incidents and problem tasks-forces,
Experience in IT Operations (either on IT or Business side),
Has an ITIL foundation and experience in how to use it,
Proven ability in stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional teamwork towards tasks completion,
Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills,
Demonstrated ability to adapt, respond to changes and drive actions,
Experience in preparing reports and other documentation,
Is dependable and willing to speak up even if it is not convenient,
Well-structured and always looking for ways to follow and improve processes,
Knowledge from Financial Crime Prevention area would be an asset,
Professional level of written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Nice to have: Knowledge of SAFe framework or other Agile methodology
