Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads, retain clients, and elevate the organization’s visibility. This role oversees many aspects of marketing, including advertising, social media, public relations, and event planning. It requires a strong background in content strategy and development, a solid understanding of SEO, and close collaboration with our Managing Partners and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and content strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, public relations, and events.
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials including website content, social media plans, press releases, and brochures.
  • Create and lead the execution of social media strategies; oversee performance metrics and optimize engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events and other firm-sponsored events.
  • Work closely with attorneys, practice group leaders, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with the firm’s goals and messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, PR).
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
