TalentCo are delighted to be working with one of Silicon Valley's most exciting Agentic AI startups (YC25), looking to hire 2 world-class Product Associates into growing HQ in downtown San Francisco.

Having very recently raised a huge seed round from top investors, they’re now keen to bring in high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed recent grads, as they continue build out their product org.

You will become a founding employee reporting directly to the CEO, helping to build and deploy groundbreaking AI Agents for this early-stage startup of 8 people, so this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founding team.

This is a dream role for an aspiring product manager where you'll get the chance to work on LLMs at scale, while being at the forefront of building and scaling AI-powered applications, transforming how enterprises interact with intelligent agents.

As Product Associate you will:

• Take full ownership of the deployment process - you’ll guide enterprise customers from initial kickoff to go-live and beyond, ensuring smooth and successful rollouts of AI Operators
• Collaborate with customers to map their business workflows, define key objectives, and shape deployment strategies that deliver real value
• Design, configure and validate AI Operators using internal tooling and prompt frameworks - you’ll test what works and iterate fast
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI teams to troubleshoot edge cases and build solutions that scale
• Use insights from customer feedback and live deployments to continuously improve performance and impact
• Partner with customer success and sales to support strategic accounts and contribute to closing high-value deals through your product knowledge

We want to hear from you if:

• Academic Excellence: You're a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity.
• AI Passion Bordering on Obsession: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You're someone who not only follows the latest in AI but has likely worked with LLMs and is strong in prompt design and iteration
• Early Career Experience: You have 1-2 years experience in another early stage startup (interesting internships count here), but are looking to progress to a product role with more autonomy and ability to create impact. Entrepreneurial streak is highly valued.
• Continuous Learner: You have a voracious appetite for knowledge.

• Salary between $120k - $180k per annum, dependent on experience
