Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Sales Operations Supervisor, this position provides administrative/logistic support to our sales representatives as well as various departments within the organization, such as Product and Marketing departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Consignment and other special program contracts.
• Communicate via email and phone with our sales force.
• Process requests from sales representatives.
• All other related clerical and administrative duties assigned by the Sales Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate Key Account Assortment Changes and process Daily Orders.
• Meeting Prep for Key Accounts, including generating must pull lists, building sample bags, and maintaining Assortment information.
• Routinely audit and verify information on Tura's Sales platforms.
• Assist with Trade Show and Convention prep.
• Experience in a call center environment or demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phones.
• Sales support for a sales force of 100 sales reps across the country and Canada.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of clerical/administrative functions and multitask.
• Ability to organize administrative workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the use of computer and related office equipment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Successful candidates may have gained skills and abilities from work in customer service/sales in an office or call center environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in providing clerical and administrative support to an external sales force is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements : The work is generally sedentary, but infrequently requires lifting and carrying approximately 20 pounds. Duties involve some walking, standing, reaching, bending and stooping.

Hours of Work : Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

FLSA Status: Nonexempt; This is not a sales representative position.
