Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads across the Charleston community
Target mid-sized to enterprise-level companies across key sectors (banking, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, technology, etc.)
Book and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings to uncover workforce needs and position staffing or service solutions
Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
2+ years of success in business development, outside sales, or client acquisition
Ability to prospect business in-person and set up on-site meeting with targets.
A true hunter — competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
Experience with staffing, HR solutions, or workforce consulting is a plus but not required
Familiarity with the Charleston business landscape and decision-maker ecosystem
